DELIVERY CHARGES

We believe in making it as easy as possible for you to know what the final cost is for your order. We offer FREE delivery for orders over £500 and a £20 delivery charge applies for orders below £500. We can only deliver to mainland Scotland, England and Wales excluding the Scottish Highlands with the exception of the sofas. Due to the size/weight these can only be delivered within 150 miles of manufacturers warehouse. These are the following postcodes we can deliver the sofas too:

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Our deliveries are done on our behalf by our manufacturer, most orders are delivered within 10 working days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). You will be phoned the day before delivery is due to ensure you'll be in. If the delivery is going to take longer than 10 working days we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the delivery address is changed once the products have been dispatched - it's not a problem and we will do our best (but cannot guarantee) to avoid any additional charges or any delays in delivery time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided and a signature will be required acknowledging receipt. The signatory must be 18 years of age and over. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the goods will not be delivered unless alternative arrangements have already been agreed. If you are unable to be at the delivery address on the specified delivery date please let us know with as much notice as possible otherwise you will incur an extra delivery charge.

It is also very important that you advise us if there are any access difficulties for large vehicles or HGVs. Failure to do so could result in delays to your order and an additional delivery charge for having the goods redelivered.

And finally, for heavy goods please make sure you have enough people to get your products into a safe and dry place as the courier is only contracted to deliver to the the front door. They will not take goods into your home for you.

DAMAGED GOODS

We strongly advise you to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you discover that a product is damaged on delivery or there's anything missing, you must sign the delivery note as “Damaged” or "Missing items/parts" and contact us as soon as possible. If the packaging looks damaged please also sign the delivery note as "damaged' just in case. Once delivery has been made, please check everything/open boxes etc. If you see any damage that wasn't visible upon signing for the delivery please let us know within one working day.

RETURNS

To arrange a return please contact us with your order number. Once we have sent out your order you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, as long as the goods are in the same condition you received them in and you do so within 14 days of receiving them. You will need to pay the collection fee do so which is dependant on weight or send back yourself with a courier of your choice. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days. In most cases, this is done within 7 days if not sooner.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
